Soy Sauce Marrinade

Soy Sauce Marinade

Use this marinade for flavoring the soy sauce eggs and chashu in the recipes that follow. to make it, we combine Japanese seasonings brimming with umami together with fresh aromatics, bring them to a boil, then let the flavors mingle. Simple but potent, this marinade will infuse eggs and pork with com-plex, alluring flavors. Store it in the refrigerator for up to one month.

Ingredients:
Make about 2(3/4) cups

1 cup water
1cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sake
1/4 cup mirin
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 scallions (about 2 ounce), trimmed and coarsely chopped
1 ounce ginger, skin on , crushed

2 pieces star anise

Coooking:

Add all the ingredients to a saucepan . Bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and allow to come to room temperature.

  2. So whatever you do, never lessen costs, and absolutely don't begin a value war. You don't need that to be your upper hand since anybody and everybody can undermine you. Actually, truly think about raising your costs. Try not to let dread of rivalry or absence of certainty stop you. Iranian Restaurants
