3 Smoothies For You

CHOCOLATE CHAI



2 tbsp. flax seed 1 cup chai tea

1/2 cup organic raw whole milk

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp.cacao nibs

1 cup ice

Give in to the wonderful flavors of chocolate and banana melding together with a creamy chai tea. This combination is even more enjoyable when you know it is packing potassium and antioxidants in the same glass.

Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender.

BLOOD ORANGE JULIUS

1 blood orange (peeled)
1 cup organic whole milk yogurt
 1/2 cup dried mulberries
 1 vanilla bean or 1/2 tsp. extract
1 tsp. honey
1/2 cup coconut water
1 and half cups ice

BLOOD ORANGE JULIUS
Pretty in pink, this creamy dreamsicle smoothie will absolutely surprise you. Its sinful flavor conceals its healthful nature. With every sip, you’d never guess you were taking in healthy probiotics, fighting disease, and reducing inflammation.
Juice blood orange and set aside. Blend all other ingredients together. Once blended, pulse blender to mix in the orange juice.

BEAUTY BERRY

1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. soaked goji berries
1 tbsp. raw honey
1/2 cup whole milk yogurt
 1/2 small cucumber juiced
1 cup coconut water

Beauty Berry
This drink couldn’t be better for you if you wore it on your face. This one can make you beautiful on the inside as well as the outside.

Blend all ingredients together and serve with a straw.

Change it up: Reduce coconut water to 1/2 cup and blend to make a delectable face mask that combats dry skin. Apply with fingers, careful not to get too close to your eyes. This is a wet mask, so leave it on for about 25 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.
